Why don't I see any articles about my NEOFI products in the Help Center?
The only articles I see in the News category are commercial information or in the User guide category for help on using the help center itself, nothing about my NEOFI product.
The NEOFI Support help center is reserved for NEOFI customers. It is therefore essential to have a NEOFI Support account and to connect to the help center using this account before being able to view the content reserved for NEOFI customers.
Check the top right corner. If Sign in is displayed, it means that you need to authenticate before being able to access the entire help center.

Once the authentication is done, each customer will have a vision of the categories, sections and articles related to the NEOFI products and services for which he has valid licenses or subscriptions.
If, despite authentication, no article is still visible, contact support to request verification of the NEOFI Support account.

The search is carried out by default in the current category. Remember to widen the search by clicking the All Categories link in the left margin or by clicking on one of the categories that appears below.
